Spirits of Guasti

By 1917, Secondo Guasti reigned over the world's largest winery: the Italian Vineyard Company, which produced five million gallons a year of sacramental wines, communion wine, and a world-famous dark red port. Spirits of Guasti highlights the documentary work of writer Susan Straight and photographer Douglas McCulloh as they capture the Italian Vineyard Company today.

Cloth Dolls Tell Their Stories showcases artists exploring remembrance, heritage and celebration through cloth dolls. Traditionally, dolls were created to represent a miniature human form, often used as children’s toys. These artists are transforming the meaning of the plaything by pouring tales and imagination into each doll while emphasizing the fun and whimsical.
