The Ontario/Chaffey Community Show Band will kick off their 2017-18 concert season on Monday September 18th at 7:30 p.m. with a show titled “See You In September.”  We invite you to come out and enjoy the sunset with with some good music.  The city will provide 150 chairs for our fans or you can bring your lawn chairs and/or blanket and make your own spot in the grass in front of the Bandshell at the beautiful Ontario Town Square.  The square is located one block East of Euclid Ave. at the corners of “C” Street and Lemon and “B” Street and Lemon.  Come join in the fun.

The Show Band will perform music to celebrate the changing of the seasons, summertime into fall.  Great songs like “The Summer Wind,” “Autumn Leaves,” “September in the Rain,” “The September of My Years,” and “Unforgettable.”  The show will feature new Show Band musician and vocalist Isaac Gonzalez as well as Marilyn Sherwood, a solo vocalist who has performed numerous times on the Show Band stage.  Also featured will be a vocal duet by Chris McAleer and Taunia Falasca along with instrumental solos by Mike Valentine on trombone, trumpeter John Knapp, and the soprano sax of PT Arnold.
